Joe is a native Texan who brings more than 20 years of large market business operations and marketing knowledge to his expertise as a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty here in the greater Austin metro. Joe has a strong devotion to delivering high quality customer service and leverages emerging digital technology to help people find or create the homes of their dreams.
Joe loves “all things pertaining to the home”. His personal passion is home restoration, having accomplished significant restorative improvements to his 1920s Tudor-style home including a variety of energy efficiency upgrades.
Joe relocated his family to Austin from just up the road (Dallas), so he has first hand experience and insight about transitioning to the area - Austin’s unique and emerging neighborhoods, top food destinations and its wildly diverse entertainment districts.
Joe is an avid cook and animal lover, serving as an animal
foster, fund raiser and advocate. You’re likely to find him being walked by his three dogs around Austin's parks, trails and lakes.

Patrick is a seasoned ad guy with 20+ years experience advancing brands including American Airlines, AT&T, Charles Schwab, Jack Daniel's Tennessee, Match.com and Slurpee. Patrick's expertise is marrying business goals with integrated marketing strategy across traditional and new media channels. Behind the screen, Patrick shares the voice of Home Style Austin's online presence on social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and the Home Style Austin Blog.
In his spare time you’ll often find Patrick in the garden as he loves landscaping of all forms. A self-proclaimed "water geek gardener," he’s installed multiple infinity fountains and designed and built 1,000+ gallon koi ponds complete with water falls for families of water critters of various forms. His favorite time of year in Texas is fall when he harvests his basil garden to make homemade pesto for tasty holiday entertaining.
Patrick is an avid travel and food blogger. With six trips to Italy under his belt (and a whole lotta pasta), he created and manages an online community at ForTheLoveOfItaly.com to help connect folks with his two favorite lands of Texas and Italy. His foodie site BettysCookNook.com celebrates the joys of his Mother's cooking with most dishes hailing from the 1950s-1970s; an era Patrick believes was a unique time when the “regularity” of the home-cooked family dinner yielded simple pleasures through creating, sharing and bonding.
