My wife and I met him at an open house last year. We just decided to stop at the house to have a better idea of that area and what a great decision we made! He helped us buy our first house pretty quickly and our experience was amazing!!!
He was professional, very good negotiator, very friendly, he has great knowledge and experience in home decoration and transformations, and he is a pet lover! So, he perfectly knew and understood what we needed from the beginning (also, he is a very good listener and did not push us at all in any decision, which is something we really appreciate and he gave us great advice along the way). Joe is also willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. We were so happy working with him that we have already chosen him as our realtor for future sells/purchases.

We had a very short window to find a home in Austin and Joe was such a lifesaver. My husband was in Dallas and I was Austin, so Joe coordinated showing homes and sharing information around our schedules.
Once we were in the same town, Joe drove us all around, at all times of day and night, until we found our home. He helped us complete a very complicated contract and kept us sane throughout the whole process.

My family recently relocated to Austin from Seattle, moving from one very hot real estate market to another. Not only were we in a time crunch to find a new place, the list of homes to choose from was changing on a daily basis. Oh, and we didn't have endless resources to schedule multiple viewing trips.
Enter Joe, who was able to help us narrow our search to the right part of town for us. Based on the kind of house we were looking for, he did lots of pre-searching and drive-bys before our visit so we could make the best use of our time. And when we found the perfect place to call home, he jumped through the extra contract hoops that came with our out-of-state move with patience and ease.
After moving into our home, Joe and Home Style Austin graciously threw a meet the neighbors party for us. Not only was that above and beyond what I was expecting from my realtor, but it gave us an opportunity to make some new friends.
